Product Audiologist

The key responsibility in this position will be to work closely with our clients to educate, support and promote Phonak hearing instruments and wireless communication systems.  You will also be required to train and deliver lectures at regional and national meetings as well as participate in client and end-consumer seminars and other client business development activities. In this position you will be required to work closely with our country sales manager.

Ideally the position will be based at Phonak Kuala Lumpur office and reporting to Phonak Asia Hub in Singapore. There is a requirement for regular domestic travel and possibly some international travel. 

Requirement:

To be successful in this position

• You will have excellent hearing instrument fitting and trouble-shooting ability.
• Good communication, strong presentation skills and you love teaching and sharing knowledge.
• You enjoy staying on top of latest innovations within Phonak and hearing aid industry.
• You enjoy meeting people and building relationships with customers.
• Willingness to travel (approx 75%), including some weekend travel.
• You are self-starter, organized and can manage your own schedule.
• You have "Can-do" attitude and work enthusiastically both independently and within a team.
